When I took my car into get repaired they arranged a rental car for me at a lower insurance rate so I still had transportation. "I was in a car accident and TJ and his office kept checking and doing their job and never left me in the dark. Unlike other insurance companies have before I used to have to contact them to try to get information but TJ‘s office was wonderful. They checked on how I was doing not just the car, I never had before wonderful wonderful people down there and I truly mean everybody in the office"

"My experience has been frustrating to say the least. I have a renters insurance policy with State Farm. I paid in full. Later I was told my mail was not being delivered and to confirm my address. Living on the edge of two cities I offered the other city as I commonly receive mail with either city listed. Then I received a new policy and was being charged for this “new” policy. I called and inquired and was told that due to it being a different city there was a new charge associated with that city. I explained my frustration and asked for it to be changed back to the original city as that address was correct and should be getting mail delivered there. When I received my policy delivered to the original address I had an additional charge listed because they had to “rewrite” my policy. Upon calling and inquiring about this policy I was told nothing could be done and I still had to pay the additional cost because they “rewrote” my policy. A long frustrating story, that’s full of unnecessary confusion and incompetence, in my opinion, but I will not be working with State Farm again when I move."

"I really enjoy having State Farm -TJ Larson for my insurance. I have auto insurance and then needed to add renters insurance, they made the process of adding the renters go smoothly. One of the best things about this particular company for me is they isten to what you need and don't solicit. They just do annual check in to go over what you have and see if there is any additional coverage you would like to add or benefit from with no pressure/obligation."

"Terrible place. I've NEVER had problems with an agency such as this one. They misquoted me from the beginning. We canceled a vehicle and instead of refunding the money like the 800# rep and I concluded the amountwould be, the agency came up with a measly $15 and it has taken over 90 days to receive. We canceled another policy and they steal from my credit card making an unauthorized purchase. When I said reimburse my card, they played we can only send you a check. Now they're deducting money from that. Also, in all of my emails with the agency, TJ has only responded to one. He let's the customer service lady deal with it all. You run a bad business."

"Can't imagine working with a better insurance company!! My husband has been with TJ Larson for years, and added me to his policy before we got married. Since I was added to his insurance policy we have bought a house, had a tree branch fall and nearly total my car, and bought wedding rings... lots to insure and experience submitting claims! Janis usually answers when I call and she is one of the best customer service reps I have encountered. Personable, kind, friendly, and she makes these boring insurance-related tasks not only EASY, but sometimes even fun!! Glad to know that even on our worst days when accidents happen, we have great people to help us get through it. Recommend 11/10"
